Enjoy all the comforts, attention to detail and high standards of cleanliness. Perfect if you are looking for quiet and unspoled beaches and feel in traditional Spain. Just a few minutes drive from the ports of Sotogrande, La Duquesa, and 8 golf clubs.

The apartment has a Southeast orientation, which allows you to see the sunrise from the living room and the main room and the sunset from 2 other rooms.

Bright, cozy, and comfortable environment. You will find everything you need to cook and set a table beautifully. Both with a coffee maker and for the more traditional ones with an Italian coffee maker. We have a toaster, blender...everything you need in a kitchen for someone who enjoys home cooking.

We also provide you with beach towels, beach chairs, and umbrellas, to make your stay as comfortable as possible.

The flat it is situated at Small Oasis, a beautiful and recently renovated community resort, with stunning views of the mountains and the sea and has a free parking space for each flat. The complex is adapted for people with reduced capacity and has chargers for electric cars and has top quality communal areas and swing pool.

THE AREA:
Just 3min drive from one of the very few beaches in the Costa del Sol that are protected as an ecological reserve and where you can enjoy a beautiful horse ride by the sea. Thanks to its natural values, it is an idyllic enclave for those looking for relaxation and a connection with nature, avoid crowded beaches.
There you will find the "Sendero Litoral" a path route on foot or by bicycle to Malaga, considered as the next "Camino de Santiago"
We are surrounded by eight premium golf clubs in the area.
It is about 5min from La Duquesa Port, and 8min from Sotogrande, which has top-ranked golf courses and its polo and equestrian clubs are among Europe's best. It offers a spectacular marina and lively beaches, clubs, and bars. 10 minutes from the historic center of Estepona, 20 minutes from Gibraltar airport, 30 minutes from Puerto Banús (Marbella) and less than an hour from Malaga airport.
Manilva Town is also about 8min drive and there you will feel in the traditional Spain.

Bon séjour dans l’ensemble, coin très calme et agréable. Petit bémol pour la piscine qui est très petite par rapport à la quantité de résidents, pas assez de place et de transats. La plage est très proche en voiture 5 minutes, par contre l’eau est très froide difficile de se baigner. L’appartement est très agréable, il manque de la vaisselle pas assez de tasse pour le petit déjeuner et pas assez de serviettes de bain. Pour le reste tout était assez bien pour les vacances. La voiture reste indispensable pour tout car il n’y a rien d’ accessible à pied.
