"Looks good outside, but not cosy inside at all. The breakfast was “included”, but we ended up paying for that. Was a lot of confusion about it. Problems with water running, with hot water. Wasn’t pleasurable experience at all. Staff wasn’t qualified to address all the issues."

This property was not as advertised to me. I had to move. They took my keys and said only you can give refund. Back and forth with just giving me a refund."

"The rooms were infested with water bugs. The beds had them! It was horrifying. Once we informed the staff they stated they were unable to do anything about it. We ended up having to switch hotels as every single room had millions of water bugs. "
