A beautiful apartment surrounded by greenery with a view of the vineyard, located in a Residence with swimming pool. Three-room apartment with large furnished terrace. Double bedroom and one bedroom with sofa bed. Large living room with open kitchen, fully equipped and fully equipped. Perfect location to quickly reach the lakefront, supermarkets, bars and restaurants. Ample parking.

Italian Homing will provide a courtesy kit for all facilities and all necessary information on accommodation.

Descriptions and rules:
It is mandatory to complete the fast check-in via email to receive the information to access the accommodation.
