"This home was absolute charm and character - my boyfriend and I will be talking about this stay for years to come. We loved the library, spent our mornings and evenings sipping coffee and looking at the spectacular view, and everything was so convenient to Rockport and nearby. We had more than enough towels, clean linens, and pillows to keep us comfortable. "We had a great time at the cottage. It was awesome to be able to walk to a beach (carefully along a busy street with no sidewalk). The negatives: the cottage is small, the stairs a bit treacherous, the wiring upstairs a bit sketchy. The positives: the space is maximized nicely, the kitchen works well, and it was clean. We were 4 adults and 2 toddlers and would stay again."

It has a very cool architectural mix of an asian vibe and being on a boat, minimalist but has everything you need. "The cottage was a perfect place for my family and I to stay while visiting New England! Chris was very easy to communicate with and gave outstanding recommendations on places to go and see. The cottage is older, with some history, just like the surrounding areas. After battling the traffic in Boston and Salem, we loved the ability to come back to our private cottage on the hill and just relax. We enjoyed the stay and area and will definitely be back again."

"The location of Moot Point couldn't be better! Great Neck is a quiet enclave and very special because of the abundance of nature right in the neighborhood! Also a great jumping point to Cape Ann and other surrounding destinations. The cottage was clean and beds comfy. The hostess was very responsive and you can just tell that she cared that your vacation was satisfying and that your needs were met."
