"The hotel and its surroundings were truly picturesque. The rooms were spotless, and while the restaurant offered a limited selection, the overall experience was pleasant. However, one concern was the presence of dead flies on the restaurant’s window sill. Given the warm weather, this issue should have been addressed promptly to maintain cleanliness "

"Excellent location just off the M6 motorway, staff were very friendly and the room was very clean and comfortable. Shower could have been a bit more comfortable. The only thing i dont understand is the £5 charge for Parking. The hotel has its own grounds outwith the main services parking so the only people using the car park are hotel guests. Its at a motorway services so no one can access the hotel without a vehicle so the extra £5 for parking is a bit of a joke, I would feel better if it was just £5 extra onto the hotel cost and hidden rather than feeling like a rip off"

"A well located hotel to the town centre with a pub next door that did great meals, so very convenient. The room was comfortable and clean. "

"Received a wonderful greeting upon check in by Dawn, was very informative and friendly, making (very late) check in a breeze. The room was specious and clean. We travelled as a family of 3, and had plenty of room. Breakfast was plentiful and all areas were cleaned and maintained to a high standard throughout. As soon as dishes were finished with, the staff were quickly removing and cleaning tables. Would highly recommend this hotel to friends and family and will 100% be visiting again. Thank you to all the staff for an amazing stay."

"Beds hung half off bed frames, paid for two bedroom got 1 bedroom, had to sleep in living room. Disrespectful, poor communication. Said towels provided, only 2 there for a two week stay and two people, only lap throws provided. Garbage dumpster overflowing entire stay. Neighbors loud and banging at all hours of the day and night. Place smelled of weed!!!!"
