The Stone Bridge crosses over Bull Run near the Manassas Battlefield. During the first major battle of the Civil War, the original bridge was destroyed. However, it was rebuilt and is now a historic landmark with hiking trails through out.

The location is beautiful and peaceful, a great spot to visit any time of the year to witness eagles soaring or other animals and birds of the Virginia countryside.

"The property itself if gorgeous. Millions of hand placed stones make retaining wall after tiered retaingwall up to the A Frame. Each teir is fun to explore and relax at. The property has a nice large fire pit are and the hot tub is in an ideal location for viewing the "

"The Loft at Jackson Lake exceeded every expectation! Doug and Vicki are fantastic hosts and they’ve built a wonderful property at a really unique setting within the Washington DC area. You will instantly be able to relax in this quiet and well appointed unit. Wonderful outdoor space right on the lake with great views of the water and all the wildlife. "Everything at the cabin was perfect and so thoughtful. We had a great stay, my only regret is that we didn’t get to stay longer! We would definitely stay here again. We had everything we could’ve ever needed and the decor was lovely, and the setting was gorgeous. Highly recommend!"

Spacious room

"The place was very comfortable, the breakfast was good, needed a bit more of illumination on the parking since the entrance of the rooms are directly facing the street not inside a building. The rooms are very outdated not many outlets and a bunch of power extension cords. The colors are very dark. Overall everyone was very nice and the room was comfortable. "
