"The hotel is a great place to stay! Right on the beach, the food and drinks are good and reasonably priced, and the staff is great! Only complaint I have is that our room did not get cold until late in the evening/morning. We were only there a couple of nights so we made due, but I’m not sure if this was an issue with just our room or if every room is this way."

"This is the best hotel in chania. I would not stay anywhere else. The breakfast is perfect. The room is completely brand new and the staff is very friendly. I would only stay here. Five star service."

"It was great location and stay but the only complaint was that the adult only pool closed at 6pm, and the kids pool closed around 7:30. They said this was because the resteraunt was serving dinner. This was sort of annoying since i want to swim in the early evening after coming back from being away from the hotel doing other activities during the day. It was still very warm and there were over two hours of sun after the pool closed. Other than that though it was a great place and we had an amazing time in Crete. "

"A very convenient location to get to the Chania airport for about 15 to 18 euros. Complimentary breakfast was outstanding. Be aware that rooms on the upper floors require walking up a marble winding staircase (no elevator). The friendly helpful staff are willing to help with your luggage if you ask. Overall a great place for an overnight."

"This hotel was definitely a 5 star hotel. It looked new and clean. The staff were exceptional. The amenities that we used were perfect. I would absolutely stay there again."

"Never have we stayed at a property that so exactly met expectations based on the booking website. We were greeted with the news of an upgrade and delighted by the welcome gift of a bottle of local wine. Our room was pristine, comfortable and spacious. I particularly liked that the two pillows on the very comfortable bed were firm and soft so you could choose your preference. Our water view was stunning and enjoyed our wine on the balcony. The staff is friendly and very helpful and the breakfast was tasty with quite a bit of variety. We enjoyed the splash pool on the top floor particularly since my husband is not a beach fan and enjoyed conversations with other guests. It's also a great place for a sunset cocktail. The young woman who checked us in gave us several suggestions for dinner. We highly recommend AlmyVita (amazing food and cocktails) and Salis. My only recommendation would be luggage racks. There was plenty of floor and closet space but no where to place bags in an elevated spot. We prefer not to place bags on furniture."
