Arrivée tardive : Si vous arrivez en dehors des heures normales, veuillez noter qu'il y a des frais d'enregistrement tardif. Si vous arrivez après 21h00, ces frais s'élèvent à 50 €.

Si un client perd un jeu de clés pendant son séjour, des frais de 80 € s'appliquent.

Veuillez noter que si vous réservez à la dernière minute (moins de 24 heures avant votre arrivée), l'heure officielle d'enregistrement sera soumise à notre disponibilité et sera après 16h00.

Informations sur le passeport : La loi exige que toutes les personnes séjournant dans un lieu d'hébergement touristique soient enregistrées par leur nom complet, leur date de naissance et leur numéro de passeport. Nous vous demanderons donc de nous fournir ces informations avant votre arrivée.

Pour les séjours de 28 jours et plus, les règles suivantes s'appliquent :

1) Le montant mensuel inclus qui peut être dépensé pour les fournitures est de 150 €, ce qui comprend l'eau, le gaz et l'électricité. Par exemple, si vous restez 3 mois, vous pourrez dépenser 450 € pendant toute la période. Si vous dépensez plus, vous devrez payer la différence à la fin de la période contractuelle.
2) Une caution calculée en fonction de la durée du séjour sera facturée. Pour les réservations de 1 à 3 mois, la caution est de 450 €, pour les réservations de 3 à 6 mois, la caution est de 800 € et pour les réservations de 6 à 11 mois, la caution est égale à un loyer mensuel. La caution sera remboursée 30-45 jours après le séjour.
3) Un contrat de location devra être signé avant l'arrivée.
4) Nous demandons un nettoyage mensuel obligatoire qui n'est PAS inclus dans le prix. Le coût de chaque nettoyage mensuel s'élève à 60 € et sera effectué le jour de votre choix, pour une durée de 3 heures. C'est une façon de s'assurer que notre appartement reste propre et en bon état.
5) Nous vous accueillerons personnellement à l'appartement.
