This bright apartment has two comfortable and well-equipped bedrooms: one with a double bed and one with two single beds, providing flexibility and comfort for all guests.

The kitchen, equipped with induction hob, toaster, electric kettle, coffee maker and storage space, allows you to prepare meals with ease, ideal for both short and long stays.

In the dining room, a table surrounded by comfortable chairs and vibrant decorations adds a cheerful and welcoming touch to the space.

The two bathrooms are fully equipped with shower, hot water, sink, toilet and mirror, as well as basic hygiene items, providing comfort and privacy for each guest.

In accordance with Community rules and aiming for good coexistence between guests and neighbors, at least one member of your group must be over 25 years old to stay in this apartment.

No Smoking: Please notice that this is a strictly non-smoking apartment.
The apartment is fitted with smoke detectors.

No Parties: Strictly no parties are allowed in this apartment as the apartment is located in a residential building. If you are coming to party, please book somewhere else.

No noise at night: No excessive noise is allowed after 21/9PM as the apartment is located in a residential building.

If a guest loses a set of keys during their stay, an 80€ fee will apply.

Please keep in mind that if you book last minute (less than 24 hours before your arrival), the official check-in time will be subject to our availability and will be after 4:00 PM.

Passport information: It is required by law to register all people staying in any tourist accommodation by their full name, birth date, and passport number. We will therefore request you to provide us with this information before your arrival.

For stays 28 days and over the following rules apply:

1) The included monthly amount that can be spend on supplies is €150, this includes water, gas and electricity. For example, if you stay 3 months, you will have €450 to spend in the entire period. If you spend more you will have to pay the difference at the end of the contract period.
2) A deposit will be charged that is calculated based on the duration of your stay. For 1-3 months reservations the deposit is €450, for 3-6 months reservations the deposit is €800 and for 6-11 months reservations the deposit is 1 monthly rent. The deposit will be refunded 30-45 days after the stay.
3) A rental contract will have to be signed prior to arrival.
4) We require a mandatory monthly cleaning that is NOT included in the price. The cost for each monthly cleaning is €60 and will be a day of your choosing, it will last 3 hours. This is a way to ensure that our flat is kept clean and in good condition.
5) We will personally welcome you at the apartment.

Malaga Apartment in Heart of Old District

The apartment is lovely w/lots of sunshine. We loved the two doors that opened onto small balconies. The apt was clean. Great Location! The instructions to get into the building the first time isn't clear. (A doorman sits inside & you need to get his attention to get into the lobby the first time). We had a couple to problems inside, but they were fixed. However, please note that no one is available in the evenings or on weekends to fix anything. (Also, they prefer you to use Whatapp instead of going thru VRBO, which led to talking with 2 different managers who didn't know what the other manager had knew. Overall, I would stay there again now that I know the ins and outs.
