"We enjoyed our stay and loved our location in proximity to the beach and shopping nearby. Close to Costco and the airport and yet not far from exploring other areas of the island. The condo bedroom shares a window with the road which was very loud most nights and garbage day was rough at 4am😅. Loud cars were hard to tune out throughout the night. "The room was amazing! Had a small kitchenette and a large fridge. It was perfecr for the two of us. It was a bit of a walk to the car about a half mile (the trams a/c was broken and it was a bit on the slow side). Thank goodness I needed my steps🙂. Overall the stay was amazing! Would rent again!"

"Isaac's rental units are easy going with a family atmosphere to it. The house is in a living neighborhood so you don't have the feeling of being among tourists - you get to experience a local green neighborhood full of cool plants and rich with birds. It's also conveniently placed to just walk to some of the best Kona Coast beaches within few minutes. Isaac is a great and super friendly communicator and clearly keep his house and the plants in great shape. We will be coming back!"

"This property is spectacular. Stayed in a 2 bedroom unit. Unit was clean and updated. Incredibly comfortable with a great layout. Kudos to the property management group! The service was top notch. The views are beautiful and the area is tranquil. Nice pool, walking distance to beautif beach, and close to all the best beaches on Big Island. Been to Big Island many times but this place is hands down now at the top of the list for places to stay. "
