"When we arrived, the instructions were clear. We found the lockbox, and the call box with their initials was hanging by a thread. We obtained the key and entered the apartment. There was no welcome greeting or instructions for Wi-Fi, electricity, etc. Once settled, we realized we did not know how to get out of the building, and had to ask a neighborhood kid on rollerskates to enter the code so we could get out. "I really enjoyed my stay at the property. Beautiful hotel with great amenities and close to the metro and a bus line. I had a beautiful suite with a view of the eiffel. Loved, loved, loved my stay. You do however need to make a reservation for the pool and bar."

"the stay was absolutely amazing would definitely recommend. the staff goes above & beyond for guest. traveling was super easy, having the train station literally right at the corner, which was a plus being our first time in Paris. so many places to walk & eat. my girlfriends phone fell underneath the bed & gas to be manually taken apart to get to it; the staff was on top of this issue & retrieved it for us.
