The only thing we didn’t like - paid Sun beds at the hotel designed area at the beach, too expensive, 15 euros per person or 60 for Bali bed. Anyway, the overall experience was very good. "

I had 3 flights before this, a total of 23h of travel, and received no support whatsoever to find other hotel. Hotels.com has returned money now, but I hereby demand that Sol Wave pay for our stay 1520€, and that Hotels.com manage this claim with the hotel, as Hotels.com has choosen to establish partnership with wrong and poor quality hotel and should therefore assume...

"We stayed for 5 nights and the wifi was horrible and not really usable and we were working and the hotel staff was not helpful in finding a resolution to our Wifi problems. The AC also was not initially working and we had to go down to the lobby and ask someone to come fix it. Other than that though, beautiful property, great location and great stay otherwise. "
