"Excellent location, lovely property and friendly ducks."

"It’s not worth the price we paid, we booked for 11 person but the bed can only accommodate 10 person that my son end up sleeping on the floor , upstrair toilet floor is leaking down to the kitchen, we emailed the host on the first day but no reply til we check out, So we have to share the the down floor toilet, the hot tub is dirty that we end up cleaning for us to be able to use, dusty and loads of cubweds in one of the bedroom downstairs."

"This is an absolute gem of a property... just us and the sheep, cows and birds... and the lovely property owner over the hedge at the top of the garden. We had a very warm welcome, complete with cake! Trust the directions you're given... you will find the property! We can't wait to stay here again. Thankyou Jean!"

"Neil and Barbara were great and met us on arrival to familiarize us with the property. The house was beautifully appointed and comfortable. Location was perfect … close to the river and walkable to everything. Absolutely Lovely!!"

"The cottage was in a perfect location for us. The town centre of Ruthin is within walking distance and there are many interesting destinations a short drive away. The cottage was clean and all the essentials were provided. The bedding and towels were of good quality and the bed was very comfortable. There is secure off-road parking and the garden is fenced around. There is a tall step between the back door and the gravelled garden, but Ruthin is hilly so this should not be a surprise! "

"The property was very well presented, equipped and comfortable, although the bed in the eaves may be a challenge for some!It was great to be able to see (and travel on) the trains. "Great base for exploring North Wales , excellent location for beach and prom . Well equipped everything you need for self catering . Clean and tidy, bit of a squeeze in the bedroom but okay. An ideal cottage just one complaint , the bed, noisy springs and uncomfortable . Sorry but you have to be honest about these things. Easily solved with a new mattress ."

"Chester is a fantastic city to visit especially with the children. Lots to see and do. We dod a family trail and learnt do much. The hotel was a great base, just across the road is a park and ride bus service that took you straight to the centre snd easy to pick up back to the hotel. Great to have the pool and restaurant service too the breakfast certainly filled us up for our days out. "

"Travelling from York, so was a stop over before hitting Wales. Hey, it was a nice place to stay. The room was incredible (although for me, I'd change the carpet on the staircase to room 9. Visually, very tricky!!) Check in was quick and easy. The only thing I'd point out, and it is nit picking, I think the staff need to be more 'that's no problem, we'll sort that out' as opposed to 'we'll see what we can do,' ... Yeah, I've worked in customer service for 40 + years blah blah... and we all have off days. We're dealing with the hardest product known to man!!... the public!! It can be draining! But the smallest adjustment in focus can make a huge difference. But like I say, I'm being proper mean and picky there. Food was excellent, the checkout lady was lovely as were the breakfast people. I'd definitely consider stopping again. "
