The apartment is located in a privileged location just a few minutes from Gran Vía, in the heart of Madrid. Just a step away from cinemas, theaters, shops, restaurants and all the city's tourist attractions.

It is a practical and functional 108 m2 apartment for 9 people, in an unbeatable location with all the necessary amenities for a pleasant stay.

It is located on the second floor. The building has a lift that stops at each mezzanine, you will have to navigate some steps to reach your accommodation.

The apartment consists of 3 bedrooms; one with bunk beds, a second with a 1.35 cm double bed and a third with a 1.35 cm double bed and a single sofa bed; all the beds are dressed with their bedding.

The accommodation also has a comfortable double sofa bed in the living room.

The accommodation is equipped with air conditioning, heating, TV and space to store your belongings. The two bedrooms with double beds and the living room have split air conditioning cold/heat, the bedroom with bunk beds has a portable fan and an electric heater.

You have 3 bathrooms; a full bathroom, a second one with shower and toilet and a third with shower and washbasin, equipped with bath gel and a hairdryer.
We provide one towel per guest that you will find on the beds.

The hot water is supplied by an electric water heater with sufficient capacity and power to meet your needs; make responsible use for its proper functioning.

The kitchen is equipped with the main appliances, crockery for 9 people and other usual utensils. To use the washing machine, you have a portable drying rack and an iron.

You will find a large dining area.

The accommodation has everything you need so you don't have to worry about anything, all the comfort to feel at home!.
