"The hotel didn't have our reservation. We had to wait to see if there was a room for us. This is really the worse thing that can happen when traveling in a distant place with heavy luggage. I don't know why they didn't have my reservation when I had received multiple confirmations. And then while we are trying to rest for the few hours we were in the room, someone comes to us saying we are required to pay him for his 5 gallon of water he is delivering to us.
