"Incredible location steps from the PonteVecchio! Gorgeous rooftop terrace with incredible views all around - perfect for breakfast in the morning, and siping wine at sunset! Very nice rooms with comfortable beds. The staff are truly wonderful!!! Loved this hotel!!!"

"Everyone that we interacted with was very kind and polite. It is great to know that someone is there at Front Desk whenever you need anything or have a question. We checked in real late and it was reassuring to see front desk staff and valet parking still active. Valet parking with in and out privileges was very handy during our stay. They have 24x7 filtered water available downstairs and you can fill up your own bottle. The spa / pool in the basement is just next level. Just perfect after long day of walking and stroller pushing in Firenze. Some reviews mentioned the smell or chlorine/ pool being everywhere but I just found the smell in the lobby. There was absolutely no smell in the room. The city center is just 15-20 min walk from the hotel. We just walked there everyday. I would definitely stay here again!"

"The only challenge was the allergic reaction to the concentration of soap used in the bedding making sleep for two nights challenging. No compensation was offered was a disappointment. Would still stay there on future visits to Florence."
