It is a short walk to Marktplatz for dining and shopping. The St. Gallen Textile Museum, the Cathedral, and the Abbey Bibliothek are easily within walking distance. The staff is friendly and helpful. The beds are comfortable. The showers were delightful. The breakfast buffet offered options from scrambled or hard boiled eggs, three different yogurt options, fresh fruit, breads/rolls, pancakes, cereal, bacon, and fruit juices."
