Inizialmente un pasticcio con il check-in: ci hanno addebitato il costo dell'appartamento due volte (con due importi diversi); inoltre avrebbero dovuto inviarci una mail 72 ore prima, ma abbiamo dovuto richiederla più volte ed è arrivata solo un paio di ore prima del check-in, altrimenti non avremmo avuto le istruzioni per il check-in automatico. Le indicazioni erano dubbie perché inserendo il nome della piazza sul navigatore, questo ti indicava solo una piazza dallo stesso nome ma nel centro di Lugano al limite della ZTL. Fortunatamente, grazie all'assistenza telefonica (anche se pagando perché la Svizzera non fa parte dell'UE) abbiamo risolto. L' appartamento è da favola: ampio e luminoso, pulizia impeccabile, vista sul lago da cartolina e arredamento moderno. Nota positiva la TV con abbonamento a Netflix, Disney plus, Amazon prime e tanti altri. Vale decisamente il prezzo pagato.
