There was limited storage space, only a few hangers, no drawers or shelves, which might have been an issue if I had been staying for more than a couple of nights. The location is good for Excel & City Airport, but otherwise there is little to see and do in the direct area. The working spaces in the area, with complimentary hot drinks, was really stylish and practical. "

"Great hotel with excellent staff. Room was perfect. Lobby and bar area is really nice! Wish we’d had more time to enjoy it. Great for getting train into London. We stayed here as going to a concert in the o2 and it was super easy to get to using the train and underground. "

"Excellent breakfast. Staff especially Sharma was very accommodating and took care of our breakfast early in the morning. We requested if possible to have early breakfast since we have to leave at 6 am to catch our Expat Explore Bus/Coach Tour. Sure enough breakfast was prepared for us in the lobby at 5:30 am. Highly recommend this hotel. "
