"We had the honour of being the first to stay at Eve's place. Sadly the weather did its best to ruin things as it was tipping it down, which meant we couldn't enjoy the outdoors element as much as we would have liked. "Lovely historic hotel in Lynmouth right by the water. Be aware that check-in ends at 10pm and front doors lock at 11pm, but staff are friendly and helpful if you need any accomodation around that. We called and were given instructions on how to get our keys on arrival after 10pm. As for our stay, the hotel was comfortable, quiet and lovely. The breakfast options were quite nice as well. "
