Lage am Rand des Stadtkerns, kostenlos parken, alles gut zu Fuß zu erreichen Eckzimmer am großen externen Gebläse der Aircon des gesamten Hotels :-) Haus und Zimmer renovierungsbedürftig Rezeption um 16 Uhr zu, Maschine zum Einchecken defekt! Personal war dennoch hilfsbereit ovaler Sockel passte nicht zum runden Wasserkocher. Ohne heißes Wasser nützen Tee und Kaffee nichts. Leider bekam ich nicht einmal einen Kaffee als Ersatz angeboten

Un très bon séjour, mais une arnaque sur les prix de chambres, j'ai réglé le montant sur hôtel.com , à mon départ la caissière me demande de règlé 200e hors j'ai payé 166e pour deux nuits deux chambres

DECEPTION

Je suis un habitué des Campaniles,dans l'ensemble plutot bien,mais celui de Lourdes,Nul:Ampoules grillées,poubelle non vidée,lit sur roulettes;trés inconfortable pour regarder la Télé,nous étions coté Premiére Classe : Beaucoup de bruit,personnes qui arrivent à toute heure de la nuit,parlent fort.....Infernal,rideaux décrochés et sales,pas assez de coussins.Non décidément ne mérite pas D'etoiles.Nous sommes déçus,et la prochaine fois nous irons à IBIS.

Ne vaut pas ses 2 étoiles!

Une belle petite blague ces 3 étoiles! Rideaux et volets ne fonctionnant pas, rideaux et serviettes effilochées, chambre déjà habitée par des insectes et leurs predateurs à six pattes, moisisures dans la salle de bain, fuite du disctributeur de savon rendant le sol bien plus que glissant... Services et restaurant inexistant: on vous sert ce qu'il y a, tant pis pour vous... et ca vous rend malade toute la nuit! Je ne commenterais pas le manque d'isolation... Certes il y a des draps propres mais cela ne fait pas tout! Le petit déjeuner est acceptable et sera à hauteur de vos attentes!

No muy agradable

Nos encontramos con la desagradable sorpresa de que el servicio en el hotel es hasta las 11 de la noche, lo cual en ninguna parte de la reserva lo especifica, por lo que despues de un viaje de 8 horas nos toco dormir entre el carro con la consiguiente incomodidad, ademas porque ya estaba cancelado el valor de la habitación, únicamente la utilizamos para descansar un poco en la mañana y ducharnos.

Basic stopover.

Room as expected....clean and basic. Restaurant was closed the day we arrived so a bit of a pain! Check out was supposed to be 11.30 or 12 but door was hammered on and maid ready to walk in at 9.40.....wasn't happy with this after long car journey the day before. TV in room although no British channels....not a big deal for us though.

2 stars at best. ok if on budget but not good.

looked nothing like the photos. Tiny room with 2 beds and a pull out bed (from under the other) There was what appeared to be private body hair in the sheets of two of the three beds The air conditioning only worked on cold (we were freezing) and the radiator didnt work at all when room was cleaned, only left two towels. considering they made three beds this was very annoying Staff/cleaners smoking at bottom of exterior stairs was very unpleasant Whole in bathroom wall filled in with tissue paper POSITIVES Shower was nice, temp and pressure easily changed Location (we were cycling) - sports shop , electronic shop, cycling shop close. Need a car though.

non respect du temps de repos du client

Franchement, je ne suis pas contente de campanille, car le client dispose de la chambre à 15h,pour la libérer à 11h30, honnêtement, le temps normal de repos n' y est pas, étant une personne qui se déplace beaucoup je séjourne dans des hôtels campanille ,ibis, le client dispose de la chambre à midi et rend la chambre à midi, honnêtement c'est le seul soucis qui ferait que j' éviterai de séjourner dans votre hôtel lorsque je serai de passage à lourdes avec mes amis ou ma famille,surtout après un voyage de nuit,on doit attendre 14h30 ou 15h pour disposer de la chambre et la rendre à 11h30,non merci pas une deuxième fois

Séjour parfait

Le séjour à été bien, l'accueil est sympathique nous sommes, surpris par le comportement de votre homme de ménage qui est rentré dans la chambre à 9h30 sans toquer la porte en nous disant qu'il veut faire le ménage nous ne sommes pas contents c'était le 16 08

correct mais peut mieux faire

Le prix des chambres était raisonnable car nous avions eu une réduction. Les chambres étaient correctes et propres, l'hôtel assez bien situé dans la banlieue de Lourdes. Un bémol sur les repas corrects mais un peu cher par rapport à ce qui était proposé. Quand au petit déjeuner, presque 10 € (9€90) c'était trop élevé par rapport à d'autres hôtels de même catégorie. Hôtel et chambre bien, la restauration à revoir !
