"Location was excellent, and the property was clean and looked lovely. Communication wasn’t great, the booking states check out is noon (12) yet we had staff banging on the door at 11 asking us when we would be leaving, apparently they changed check out time after covid… well I’m not a mind reader? The room looked great however the large rug was a major slip hazard as the Velcro underneath has lost its stick, at least one of us went flying every day, and the wooden floors meant we were kept up...

"loved the flat and location was great for beach and restaurants. I am gluten free so finding places to eat is always a challenge however there was three very good places within 5 mins walk, so really great. 20 minutes bus drive to Chania town"
