Studio apartment with 40 m2, located in Boliqueime, a very picturesque village and chosen by many foreigners to visit and live, is in the center of the Algarve 11 km from Loulé, 10 km from Albufeira and 6 km from Vilamoura / Quarteira, is close to the best beaches, Falésia Beach - "Praia dos Tomates" or Rocha Baixinha (starts in Albufeira and ends in Vilamoura), Passeio das Naus in Quarteira situated at Marginal Av. Infante Sagres for an evening stroll and day beach, Peneco Beach, Fisherman's Beach, Olhos de Agua Beach, etc ...
You are close to the biggest water / amusement parks: Zoomarine, Aqualand, Aquashow, Slide and Splash.
It is near Algarve Shopping in Guia and Mar Shopping in Loulé.
The apartment has been completely refurbished and is very cozy, has a good kitchen / living room with air conditioning. The kitchen is fully equipped. It has a separate bedroom area with a curtain for privacy, bathroom with bath (has hair dryer) pantry with washer / dryer, ironing board and iron, drawer and heater.

We stayed in this lovely little apartment for 2.5 weeks. It was in a quiet area and within walking distance to excellent restaurants, a bank and pharmacy (for covid testing). The apartment had all of the amenities of home and was very comfortable. Fernanda was a very gracious host.

ground floor, very well equipped and good geographic location in Algarve. Excellent "right out front" free street parking. super good communication with host who has good command of english. very quiet overnight but watch for daytime traffic past the suite. one of our best stays in Algarve.

Newly refurbished and beautifully decorated. Situated near great cities of Algarve. Perfect if you're renting a car. Parking space available in the street next to the place. The owner was extremely helpful, nice and friendly. Definitely recommended!

Von der Buchung an, bis zum ersten Kontakt war es sehr angenehm, wir sind mit dem Auto aus NRW angereist, Parkmöglichkeiten sind ausreichend, wir waren mittags angekommen und durften schon früher in die Wohnung, diese Wohnung war PERFEKT. Sehr Sauber, das Bad modern, die Küche komplett ausgestattet, das W lan schnell, in der Wohnung fehlte es an nichts. Unser Urlaub war wunderschön und die Wohnung war besser wie ein Hotel. Fernanda ist eine sehr nette Frau die sich um ihre Gäste bestens kümmert. Vielen dank für diese tolle Wohnung. Wir wollen wieder kommen :)

Le studio est parfait. Parfaitement entretenu et équipé. Nous avons cependant déploré l'absence d'un coin de verdure et/ou d'extérieur, balcon ou carré de jardin . Le studio donne directement sur une route assez passante. Cette information manque dans le descriptif. Accueillante très aidante.

Small cute flat with everything you need for a comfy stay
Das Apartment ist nicht so groß, aber ist sehr geräumig und bietet für 2 Personen mehr als genug Platz. Die Vermieterin war sehr flexibel, freundlich und hilfsbereit und erkunigte sich mehrfach, ob wir noch was benötigen und ob alles in Ordnung sei. Der Ort ist sehr süß, aber wenn man viel von der Algarve sehen will, wäre ein Auto sinnvoll. Es gibt auch die Möglichkeit öffentliche Verkehrsmitteln zu nutzen. Damit haben wir jedoch keine Erfahrung gemacht. Mit dem Auto erreicht man viele Orte, Strand etc. innerhalb von 20-50min.
