My fave hotel
Great! Food good, room clean, plenty of amenities, and super nice employees. The clerk even informed me how to order pillows online when I asked about it during my check in. Definitely my favorite hotel in the city. If you are taking suggestions; Consider having toasters that customers can have in the room by request and food trays for those of us that prefer to eat breakfast in the room.

Front desk was vacant most of time. The person working was 'goofing' off somewhere most of time and even walked right past me when I was approaching desk to check out, ignored me and 'disappeared' wherever she goes to hide. Very unprofessional.

There was a vape device under our mattress and the room was not very clean. Also both nights we stayed there were verbal altercations in the hallway at 2 to 3 am.
