"Had a wonderful time here. Very spacious and well laid out. Nice patio area and great roof terrace. Right near the great sized pool and garden area. Short walk to brilliant beach and nice bars/restaurants. It is about 15 minute walk into the town of Garrucha which has plenty of shops & bars. Would highly recommend this property and will most likely stay there again ourselves."

"Dies war unser zweiter Besuch. Die Bilder lügen nicht! Die Terrasse ist ein Traum. Ich habe nichts zu beanstanden. Es war alles vorhanden wie beschrieben. Die Küche war top ausgestattet. 2 Bäder. Handtücher etc. alles vorhanden. Sehr sauber alles. Erste Lage am Strand. Kontakt zum Vermieter war super nett und schnell. Garage ebenfalls vorhanden. Nachbarschaft ist sehr ruhig. Das Grundstück ist nicht eingezäunt, d.h. eine Reise mit kleinen Kindern und/oder Haustier erfordert die ständige Beaufsichtigung, da sich auch eine Straße unmittelbar am Grundstück befindet. "About a 15 minute drive outside the town of Nijar, voted one of the most beautiful towns in Spain. The house is simple, but very clean and in a nice quiet location. It is located on the Ruta del agua (water route), which was a perfect adventure for our 10 year old son. The location is up in the mountains, so walking is quite strenuous, but worth the effort. You can drive to the coast in about 40 minutes, with beautiful secluded beaches and great walking areas, as well as plenty of local shops...
