Villa "Pinnidae", 2 storeys, built in 2021. 1.3 km from the centre of Lopar, 14 km from the centre of Rab, 200 m from the sea, 200 m from the beach. Private: property 700 m2, swimming pool heated (32 m2, depth 140 cm, seasonal availability: 15.Mar. - 15.Nov.). Outdoor shower, patio, barbecue, pool maintenance by the owner/gardener. In the house: internet access, sauna, hot tub, spa area, washing machine. Parking (for 3 cars) on the premises. Shop 700 m, supermarket 1.5 km, restaurant 100 m, ferry 200 m, sandy beach 700 m, concrete beach 200 m. Groups of teenagers on request only. Please note: airfield 60 km from the property. It is necessary to announce 7 days in advance if the pool heating is required.
