Florida Vacation Connection's newest beachfront luxury condo, the Privateer South welcomes to you to Longboat Key.

This 2 bedroom/2 bath condo offers stunning views of the Gulf of Mexico. Located on the southern end the island, this complex provides a gated community with secured access. Two balconies provide you with the bird's eye view of one of Longboat Key's most valuable assets.

The master bedroom offers a king bed with a writing desk and balcony. The full onsite bath includes a step in shower. The guest bedroom provides two twin beds, its own walk in closet and the guest full bath includes a tub/shower combination.
Laundry rooms are located on each floor and there is no charge to use these machines. Some of the amenities you will enjoy are the fitness center, heated pool, community grill, newer furnishings, private balconies, and one covered parking spot.

This Privateer community does require a 3 month minimum rental requirement with an application and approval process.
