"Very friendly staff, great accommodations, and excellent breakfast"

"Excellent hotel! Staff was exceptional, including Arabella and Lucie and the guys on the evening shift. Room was absolutely quiet (facing the courtyard, the only thing I heard were church bells). The bathroom is cool, with the sink looking out into the room, with a separate room for toilet and completely closable shower, not like the half-doors which allow water to shoot on the floor. Location is perfect, across the street from Green Vault and Castle. Zwinger, churches, etc., also very close and walkable. "

"Easy walking distance to the city centre. The room was clean and comfortable, however we had to request a kettle and cups, as these are not supplied in the room. Bathroom supplies also needed to be requested, if required. The area was safe and quiet. The Hop On Hop Off Bus had a stop at the front of the Hotel which was good. Staff were accommodating and friendly."

"Welcoming staff, clean, modern, comfortable. Hotel offers guests a free public transport pass (bus and tram) valid for duration of stay. The hotel is literally diagonally opposite Dresden HBF main station exit. Very convenient for sight seeing and touring region by rail. "

"Very clean, conveniently located hotel. Tram stop steps outside of entrance. My room on the 6th floor was quite large. Strong wifi signal. Good a/c.convenient refrigerator. As others have mentioned, no microwave. Bed was somewhat hard and uncomfortable. Frosted glass door to toilet, no door on shower area. So not a lot of privacy in that regard."

"I dont think id consider our room a junior suite as promised, but it was spacious enough, clean and comfortable. The location can't be beat! Right on the central square. Breakfast is servwd at the restaurant next door and is plentiful."
