"Even though the property is still being renovated, the space is great. Two of us particularly loved the pool, and we all (four total) enjoyed the backyard space. The bedrooms were comfortable, and the kitchen had all of the necessary amenities. The location is great for doing things in town as well as seeing Niagara Falls. I would stay there again, if the opportunity ever arises."

"We were dubious when we arrived at the property. It is not located in the greatest neighborhood. The apartment itself is beautifully renovated. We heard sirens three times before ten pm on the first night. And when we went to the nearby grocery, there was an armed guard in the lobby. We spoke to the security guard, and he said that the neighborhood only sees crimes of opportunity for the most part. And, as we were returning to the apartment from the grocery store, we noticed that there is a fire...

"Location was great! Neighborhood was nice and good for walking the dog. Property owner was responsive when items were needed for the rental. The entire rental needs a deep clean and some more seating for the TV room. Maybe a few upgrades to the furniture, appliances, kitchen ware etc."
