"I have friends in the Central Valley and Guanacaste. I travel to both coasts in consideration of purchasing property. They also visit me on occasion. My primary goal for this stay was dental implants and stem cell treatment. I'm very pleased with both and the property. Comfortable bed and loved the very private patio. La dueña communicated and followed up nicely regarding minor issues. I would recommend this place without hesitation."

"We enjoyed our recent stay very much. The Cosmopolitan is located in a nice area with lots of shopping and restaurants in walking distance. There are also nearby parks. The apartment had everything we needed with the best views of the city. We will most definitely stay again!"

"We needed an overflow place during a family stay. We had our grandkids staying with us and this was the perfect place. Very secluded with a lovely garden and a swing set. The house was very well furnished very clean very modern. It was very close to grocery shopping and restaurants. We really enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend it to anybody else!"
