"The room was of a good size - room for a large double and a single. There was also a fold up table and chairs, which you could use if you wanted. Added bonus of a small fridge, and the tea/coffee supplies were generous, including biscuits and hot chocolate."

"It’s not worth the price we paid, we booked for 11 person but the bed can only accommodate 10 person that my son end up sleeping on the floor , upstrair toilet floor is leaking down to the kitchen, we emailed the host on the first day but no reply til we check out, So we have to share the the down floor toilet, the hot tub is dirty that we end up cleaning for us to be able to use, dusty and loads of cubweds in one of the bedroom downstairs."

just amazing in every way

"Easy parking on level 2 at the Grosvenor shopping centre car park which gives you direct access to the hotel. Speedy check in at reception and out luggage stored and taken to our room whilst we were in the City. The room we had (superior double) was huge and had every comfort you could imagine with a King Size bed. Evening Dining was exceptional as was breakfast. Big shout out to all of the staff who were all superb, considerate , professional and provided a first class service. "
