"Terrible experience—the GPS coordinates and instructions were incorrect and we ended up in the middle of nowhere, with four kids. We called the Albergue for four hours at the number they provided, between check-in hours, no answer. Emailed the property, no answer. We ended up reserving another hotel on the spot after wasting an entire afternoon trying to contact this hotel. We were charged anyway. Not sure if we just couldn’t find the place and no one responds, or whether it doesn’t even exist...

"Mi estancia ha sido muy buena. En varias paquinas de búsqueda del alojamiento está mal indicada la hora de la entrada. Es a las 17h. Pero el dueño ha sido muy amable y se ha resuelto el problema ( porque hemos venido mucho antes). No somos habituales clientes que utilizan este tipo de alojamientos y no sabiamos que hay que llevar ropa de la cama consigo. Pero no hay problema se alquilan sábanas por 3€. "We loved our stay in this beautiful castle hotel. The public areas are amazing and the views very lovely. We paid a cheaper rate so the bedroom was simpler than in some of the photos but very comfortable. We loved the dining room and breakfast was fantastic. you need to have a car to travel around as there is not much in the local town though some nice shops and cafes."
