It is home to the municipal stadium, the hippodrome, beach, the famous 'Baracchina Rossa', the Naval Academy and numerous 19th-century villas where you can still breathe in that 'Belle Époque' atmosphere. The house is a 12-minute walk from the beach, bright, with a terrace, air conditioning, two bedrooms, one bathroom, a large kitchen with a dining table—free parking in the surrounding areas.
