"Overall very good value for money, we stayed for one night for a gig in Birmingham. Cheapest by far although there were some issues with the room, door handle on the room door was loose, paint work was a bit messy but I was overall happy with it and the price I paid. "

"We were double booked into the house we had paid for but we were taken to a different one around the corner. For the price we paid it was adequate and clean. Sharing a bathroom with 3 lads who had also been double booked into the same house was not too much of a problem and having a fully functioning clean kitchen helped to catering costs reasonable. "

"Firstly no information on how to enter the property. Had to do an online search to find a contact number to speak the vendor. Who then gave us a passcode and what keypad to use to get access. Wardrobe within the room, had the right hand door hanging open on one hinge, with the top doors completely off. Tv in the room would not work unless connected to one of the devices. Whilst appreciating that it was a shared communal space which we did not use. Other residents were very loud . "

"Decent location close to bus/train; walking distance for grocery and a quick Uber to eat costs around 8 pounds. When we first arrived we verified the bed linens were soiled from the previous occupant. There is no mattress on the bed just a severely worn mattress pad. Felt the supporting board of the bed - very uncomfortable! Basic amenities were not provided - washcloths/facecloths; soap etc. Don’t book If you need a decent night sleep.
