The property is located close to all areas in Lisbon, including close proximity to the Metro station. It is located in a residential area and a grocery store is nearby. The heated towel rack, washer and dishwasher were great additions. The spare room was taken up mostly by the bed, which made it hard to maneuver. There was a heater in the living room, but it did not work. We let the management know about the heater but nothing was done. It could get very noisy at night, but we stayed between Christmas and New Year's so that may have been why. All in all, the accomodations were acceptable.

The Property was exactly what it was as seen on the internet. Very clean spacious and fully equipped with all the facilities a family will need and everything works well. It is home away from home. We will definitely love to come back. BR, Oshio

Es bonito y bien decorado, tenía todo lo que esperaba de él y hemos estado muy agusto.Estaba en un barrio tranquilo y bien comunicado. Solo dos calles más abajo pasaban muchos autobuses y tranvías. He podido dejar el coche aparcado todo el día, en la calle sin tener que pagar. Dos calles arriba hay un supermercado grande y justo debajo del apartamento una pequeña cafetería panadería con personal muy agradable.

Wir haben die Unterkunft sehr kurzfristig gebucht. Die Kommunikation war sehr gut. Die Unterkunft ist eine geräumige Altbauwohnung, sehr sauber, sehr modern und schick eingerichtet. Wir hatten anfangs bedenken, da bei Expedia keine Bewertung vorlag und wir spontan gebucht haben, ob die Unterkunft wirklich so wie auf den Fotos aussieht. Aber ja: so sieht sie auch aus. Die Wohnung ist im Belem, gut mit den öff. Verkehrsmitteln zu erreichen. Aus den Fenstern sieht man den Unicampus, fast am Hauseingang sind zwei kleine Cafés. Die Wohnung selbst ist groß, liegt im 1.Stock eines Wohnhauses. Hier finden 5 Erwachsene und ein Kind Platz: zwei Schlafzimmer mit jeweils einem großen Bett (Kinderbett war im Schrank verstaut), Wohnzimmer mit einem Sofa (hier kann eine Person schlafen), Esszimmer mit einem großen Tisch. Küche ist groß und voll ausgestattet (Mikrowelle,Toaster sogar Nespressomaschine, Spülmaschine). Bad ist sehr modern und hat eine sehr große Dusche und ein Bidet (Fön,Seife, Tücher usw. auch da). Ein verglaster Balkon (wie ein Wintergarten) mit einer Sitzecke und einen Haushaltsraum mit der Waschmaschine haben das Angebot abgerundet. Es wurde an alles gedacht: sogar Spü- und Waschmaschinentabs als auch Tee und Nespressokapseln, Milch, Öl, Essig, Salz usw. waren da. Die Nachbarn waren sehr ruhig, man hat kaum bemerkt, dass noch jemand im Haus wohnt. Wir sind sehr zufrieden, wenn wir nach Lissabon noch einmal kommen, werden wir ganz sicher die gleiche Unterkunft buchen.
