Everything about this listing is misleading and wrong. The only time the host communicated was to accuse me of not paying two days before checkin (I paid 7 months in advanced and they harassed me while I was at the reception dinner for a wedding). Day of checkin, I arrived, had to chase the host for arrival details and then when I finally got in touch, they wouldn’t let me in for 2.5 hours after the check in time. Said the cleaning lady was still there? But never communicated anything. Not even when I was okay to go back hours later I had to just walk in after being stranded for hours. Then when I finally got in, there’s black mold around the bathroom fan. If you can see you probably don’t want to stay here because the lights barely work and if they do, they flicker horribly. On the other hand if you can’t see you probably don’t want to stay here either because although advertised as a first floor steps from the beach, it’s up three flights of stairs and in a non walkable area near a highway and commercial marina. Misleading all around, poorly managed, only stayed one night due to health and safety concerns. Saving grace was when the host said they’d refund me for the nights I didn’t stay but when I relayed that to VRBO support they went back on their word and are now refusing to refund. Truly a horrible experience with a horrible host. Property could maybe be redeemed under other ownership but don’t ruin your trip like I did by having to deal with this person.

Modern studio and well appointed (umbrella very helpful given the rain). On a busy street but windows insulated sound. Not a place if you have trouble with stairs—lots to get in/out. Location far from tourist areas but close to good food coffee and markets. Walking to major transportation hub (30 min) and local bus (1 min) Problem with noisy neighbor handled well.)

We had a wonderful time, though parking was an issue, once we found a long term lot and figured out how to use it the worst thing was the hike to the apartment. Otherwise everything was great, the apartment was perfect, lots to do and see within walking distance, wide variety of dining options nearby.

Great for solo / couple / remote working
The host was responsive with requests and questions. The unit is clean and equipped with super fast wifi. The windows are sound proof! The location is great with convenient stores around. I love this place and will come back again.
