A unique apartment in a convenient location.
It is an interesting apartment that is probably renovated by the owner himself. The bathroom is tiny and the staircase has a little dip on the top step, not all the shutters can be closed. However, these little inconveniences did not mar the pleasure of staying in this unique apartment. It is very conveniently located and the hostess had been very helpful. The contact before arrival via whatsapp had been very reassuring and the apartment was well equipped with everything we needed.

Departamento demasiado estrecho.
Departamento es como mucho para dos personas. Bien equipado para esa cantidad de pasajeros pero aún así un poco estrecho. Bien ubicado pero complicado en cuanto al ruido. Muy cercano a los tachos de basura. La anfitriona excelente.

Ottima la posizione a 1 minuto a piedi da piazza figueira e martim moniz. La camera semplice con cucinino frigo stoviglie e formo microonde. Bagno un po' piccolo. Il problema di questa struttura è la vicinanza a dei cassonetti della spazzatura che puntualmente vengono svuotati in piena notte e fanno fare un salto dal letto.... in più sotto essendoci un ristorante c'è rumore fino a tarda notte. Le finestre non sono insonorizzate ed è come se non ci fossero. Nel complesso buona struttura soprattutto per la posizione

Extremely noisy location
The property manager was great and very friendly and the location was very near everything in Lisbon. But the apartment wasn’t really clean and the area is extremely noisy!! You can hear everything happening on the street below because of old windows and everything happening in the apartment upstairs - also when they choose to have a very loud party at 4 at night. The garbage trucks come every night over midnight and the restaurant next door is very busy. All in all we didn’t sleep much during our stay. One night the apartment was even visited by a bunch of cockroaches that could crawl in the very poor windows.

Very friendly host, and very nice accommodation
Our host was extremely helpful! She explained everything we needed to make our stay more comfortable, and gave us several hints on what to do, what to explore nearby, and even some cards we could take the metro. The place was very tidy, organized, and had everything we needed (even for cooking). The shower is also great, wi-fi works like a charm. The neighborhood is a bit noisy though, though it was not difficult to fall asleep. For those people looking for a calm place, this is not a good option. However, it is wonderful for backpackers, since it is close to several tram lines and the main station. Strongly recommended.

correcto apartamento en el centro de Lisboa
Lo mejor del apartamento es la ubicación. Muy céntrico, con dos camas de matrimonio, en dos alturas, algo incómodo para cocinar. La persona que nos asistió fue muy amable. Si se busca mucha tranquilidad mejor abstenerse, ya que se encuentra cerca de la Baixa.
