"We had a great stay at Tru. Very close to Hersheypark, so the location is convenient. The room was very clean. We stayed for 2 nights and I wasn’t expecting the room to be cleaned after the first night, but it was, which was awesome. What really stood out though was the staff. From check-in to housekeeping to just passing staff in the hallway, everyone was incredibly professional and friendly. I haven’t experienced that level of customer service outside of Disney, so that was great. My only knock on it would be that the room was a little tight with the furniture. I had a room with two queen beds and found myself knocking into the corners of the furniture quite a few times. The one bed was pretty close to the wall, which made it a bit difficult to get into and out of. It was fine for us, but certainly not roomy. Still, I’d absolutely stay again. "

"We originally booked a pool view room not knowing that outside the window was the pool with kids running around, however that was on us. But i let the front staff know and they immediately changed our room. After that the stay was great, quite, no issues and the hotel itself was very nice. Would definitely stay again, just be warned about the pool view rooms."

"Everything was great just a few upgrades needed as far as the elevator and also the cement outside of the hotel was a bit slippery due to rain other than that great stay thank you "

"Friends & I had an adventure planned for the area & this hotel was right in the middle of everything we wanted to do. The facility was spacious, the front desk attendants were attentive and informed, and the overall experience was cozy and comforting. "
