"Kerry and Barry are amazing hosts. Everything that you could want for a holiday is provided. From the time we arrived we were kept busy with games, kayaks, stand up paddle boards and a beautiful row boat to float around the peaceful lake. The unique buildings on the property that you have full use of were amazing. Even though it rained a couple of days we were able to sit around the fire its and relax and watch the rain on the lake. "The Bush Retreat is in an ideal location to explore the Gold Coat, Surfers Paradise, Tambourine Mountain with biking tracks in the Hinze Dam area. The accommodation is spacious and well equipped for 4 people with ample parking. Beds are comfortable. Water pressure is good with ample hot water. It’s an ideal place to kick back and relax with a bottle of wine in a lovely tropical garden setting with a lot of bird life. We had a lovely time here and the place has huge potential. Recommend."
