"We went to the hotel at 4:30 PM on Wednesday. Reception was closed even though the timing was 7 am to 10 pm. They had 2 phone numbers on a paper in order to contact reception. We called both numbers multiple times to no avail. At 8 PM we finally decided to just leave this hotel. We contacted expedia and they booked us a hotel in Budapest which was our next destination. I do not recommend this hotel at all because no one was there! "

"Wonderful experience at this new hotel / restaurant in Malacky, just north of Bratislava. Owned & operated by a local family that did an excellent job renovating the property while preserving and promoting the history of the area. The restaurant / bar is exceptional and the best in the area in my opinion. The hotel has only 10 rooms and 1 apartment. Very clean, modern and well appointed rooms. "Easy to find, clean, central property with all the basics you'd expect and polite receptionists. My room really was quite basic however, only 1 pillow provided and no bedside table or lamp which I found a bit strange and inconvenient. That would be my only complait though, everything else went smoothly and it was a nice place to stay. For the price in it's location, I'd probably go back again. "

"Only two years old, these apartments are in really good condition and are located very close to the old city (all of which is walkable, as well as the new Eurovea area). Close to station (20 min walk) with public transport at door. Bakery next door, supermarket just up the road and good eating places nearby (and much cheaper than old town). Apartments are well equipped with full kitchen (fridge, microwave, hotplates and oven), lovely bathroom with washing machine, air-conditioning and heating....
