Weekend getaway

Had a great time! Property was great!! Perfect for a family get together. Found a great little restaurant called Pooch’s that was just amazing!!! We’ll definitely be back

Central location to Campbell University

This duplex was clean and convenient to a terrific park that hosted several events during our stay. Restaurants and workout facilities were also nearby.

We were there for Campbell University graduation. This was a great location. The house was perfect for us. Spacious bedrooms and nice living/dining room. Communication with the owner was easy and efficient.

So gross we left early. In the description it states no smoking, but you can tell that a smoker was there as well as someone smoking weed. Smelled so bad.

Great house with much potential

Great location! Backyard driveway entrance was rough even for our large SUV. BUT, plenty of parking. Keyless entry garage door, smooth transition. Rickety and loose railing, dangerous. Storm door with no glass or a screen. Awesome laundry/mud room. Unfortunate smell of cigarette smoke from previous owners is overwhelming. Problematic for those with allergies and migraines. Overall clean appearance but a few dead ‘critters’ found on the floor and sticky table top surfaces. Dimly lit kitchen. Cooktop light was out. Spacious open dining room and living room area. Spacious bedrooms and closets. Unfortunately, all mattresses were very soft and uncomfortable. Spacious bathrooms. Outlet in the hall bath did not work. Bathroom countertops showed cigarette burn marks. Towels were mismatched, old and overly used. Great enclosed porch and deck. Unaware that it was shared with another rental unit. Two large dogs were chained to the front porch that continually barked during our stay. This home has GREAT potential. Must address the lingering smoke odor and bad mattresses. Hopefully this review will help with improvements. Thank you for sharing your home! We would love to stay again with improvements made.

Nice Duplex in quiet town

The unit was nicely appointed and had plenty of space for the 3 of us, the location was right where we needed to be for a wedding venue only a half a mile away. My wife and my mother (80+). The access was easy with only 4 steps to enter unit B. The furniture was comfortable and appliances were functional. I'd recommend at least one sharp knife in the kitchen for those of us who LOVE to cook. The master bedroom had a very comfy mattress however the other two rooms were not as nice. We did have an incident were the bed in one of smaller beds was not assembled properly (3 missing legs), this resulted in the bed tilting and my mother falling off the bed and onto the floor. We notified the property manager who was willing the address the issue however we simply moved to the other bedroom without the bed issue. I'd hope this safety issue was remediated after our departure.

We told our families that they should consider staying here when in town. Very nice accomodations and very helpful host!
