"We were extremely happy with this house. The location was perfect for us. It was quiet, clean, comfortable and dog friendly. I would certainly recommend this accommodation to families or groups travelling together. "

"This is really a fantastic place to stay. Spotless, luxurious (the outdoor bath is amazing), beautiful setting and close to town. The kids loved it too - they immediately ran out to play with the chickens and look for wildlife. Our only regret is not staying longer."

"This is a lovely property in a nice rural setting. There were a few small problems: there were a lot of ants in the kitchen which we sprayed and got rid of not sure they will stay away. There is a possum living in the roof who was seen going in and out near the patio area. He is really cute but we could smell him up stairs on the hot days, so he may do damage to the ceiling if not relocated. Also the dishwasher wasn't cleaning the dishes but we gave it a good clean and it was fine after that. We...

"Our extended family group had a great time in this property when we came down for the football! Equipped with a fully decked out kitchen, comfy beds and a very effective heating system, the property had lots of space for us all to spread out and come together when we wanted. Great communication from the hosts who were quickly responsive when we accidentally locked ourselves out! You’ll need a car, but you should get one anyway to enjoy all that the Launceston district has to offer. "

Loved the fire and the provision of wood. The kitchen and laundry had everything you need. Would definitely recommend and book again. "

"Wonderful location and great hospitality"

"Arrived in Launceston, short trip to the heart of Evandale. The cottage was comfortable with super comfy beds. Kitchen area was very unique and could watch the birds...delightful place."

"This is a beautiful cottage in a quiet location that was perfect for our family group visiting Launceston for a week. We had space for our hire car in the driveway and getting around from this location was very easy. The cottage has a great living area and kitchen, just what we needed for family relaxation time. And four great bedrooms and two bathrooms. Enough for everyone. Great stay. Would highly recommend and would use this property again."
