A 5 min walk to restaurants, grocery, and shopping at the Summit Center. The Bluegrass Airport and Keeneland 12-15 minutes away. This home is situated in a quiet residential neighborhood and features a private 2nd floor porch off the master suite to enjoy your morning coffee or an evening glass of wine. You can unwind on the back patio while sitting on the porch swing or grilling on the gas grill.

UK graduation
The home was great for myself, my boyfriend, my parents and 11 year old son. Close to restaurants and not far from UK’s campus. Very clean. My son enjoyed the pool table and ping pong table. Great memories were made!!!

My coworkers/friends and I were very happy with our stay at Scott’s home. It’s in a great location, within walking distance to the Summit- full of shops and restaurant. Scott was quick to respond. He generously let us check out at 1:00 (even though I requested noon, he immediately offered 1:00 to give us extra time). I also had trouble with my payment at the beginning and he was very patient as I got that sorted out. The house was clean, beds were very comfortable, there was not a single thing to complain about! Thank you so much, Scott! We hope to stay here again next year if we work this event again!!!

It was a very nice place to stay. The price was reasonable. The location was great for what we planned on doing in Lexington. The home was clean - very presentable. Scott responded to my message in a timely manner. I could tell that he really wanted to make his home the best he could to make our stay wonderful. We would repeat our stay at his home.

Great place - close to everything!
Easy Check-In, clean and well appointed. We spent a long weekend at Keeneland and the Bourbon Trail and this home was a great base for our group. There was enough space for three couples and three singles. Nice game room in the garage. We are looking to book again come graduation.
