"The property and cottage is beautiful. We had access to canoes, kayaks, and a paddle boat for the lake that is approximately 150 ft from the cottage. We brought fishing gear and everyone who fished caught something. (Bass, bluegill and crappie). The only downside was the strong sulfur smell emanating from the water. "I’ll start with a good. Mattresses were in good condition, what I consider to be the most important item. The house was clean. The kitchen was well stocked. Nice Keurig coffee maker with coffee provided. Suggestions for the owner. Use some of the income to upgrade the carpet. Paint the basement. Put clean mattress protection pads on the beds."
