Villa Chaumoise is a beautiful villa with a thoughtful design, natural light, making it ideal for a stay at any time of the year or the organization of a seminar on a human scale (maximum 14 people).

On your arrival, you will be welcomed by a concierge service who can assist you during your stay in Les Sables d'Olonne (restaurant reservations, leisure activities, home massages, etc.)

When you enter the villa, you will arrive in the elegant and bright living room of more than 100m² with sea view, including:

- A pleasant living room with its comfortable sofa, a large television, as well as video and board games for young and old.
- A dining room with a large designer table for 8/10 people, which can also accommodate seminars of up to 35 people.
- A fully fitted and equipped kitchen to prepare delicious meals for you (induction, oven, microwave, wine cellar, combined fridge / freezer, dishes, etc.).
- A small laundry room will give you access to the washing machine, dryer.
- A separate WC

The large bay windows illuminate the living space allowing a breathtaking panoramic view of the sea. Outside, you access the terrace directly overlooking the sea, which hosts a garden furniture, an awning, and a pleasant jacuzzi 4 places (available from mid-March to mid-October). This makes it the ideal place to observe the sea at any time of day, enjoy a sunset or share a delicious barbecue with friends or family.

2000€ will be deposited in credit card imprint before arrival and refunded two weeks after departure, subject to a complete inspection. No debit for the imprint or reaching your credit card limit.

Arriving time ?
Between 5 and 9 p.m. Possibility beyond until midnight for an additional €50 to be paid to the concierge.

Departure time ?
Between 8 a.m. and 10 a.m. Possibility of departure between 6 and 8 a.m. for an additional €50 to be paid to the concierge.

An adaptation of the schedules can be made during slower periods and by agreement with the concierge.
