ROSE Vacances offers you this colorful and warm apartment, located on the 1st floor of a secure residence without an elevator, between beach and port, in the heart of the city center of Les Sables d'Olonne!

Apartment that can accommodate up to 5 people, ideal for families or groups of friends.



Your ideal location will allow you to do everything on foot or by bike: large beach, port, market, shops, restaurants and train station are just a few minutes away. A secure bicycle storage room is accessible on the ground floor of the residence.



Housing composition:

A large, friendly, and bright living room, equipped with a sofa, a coffee table, an armchair, a television, WiFi, as well as a large dining table with six chairs to share your meals in complete simplicity.



An independent and very well-equipped kitchen: cooking plates, oven, microwave, refrigerator, freezer, small dishwasher, kettle, toaster, and Bosch coffee machine.



Night side:

A first bedroom with a double bed (160 cm), bedside tables, and storage.



A second bedroom with three single beds, ideal for children or friends.
