Overall good but unsatisfactory in one respect.
The property and the arrangements met our needs for most of the time. On our last day, however the arrangements for leaving were unsatisfactory. We were expecting to clear and leave by 1130 ( as stated in contract) but on the morning we had a call from the local agent to say that we would need to leave at 0930. This caused much hurry and anxiety. The local agent was not helpful or pleasant.

Well equipped family property
Great location in the old part of La Chaume. Easy walk to restaurants and small shops. About 1.5 km from large Super U. The property is well equipped and we enjoyed our stay.

Les Sables/La Chaume's quiet side
The little cottage was beautiful inside, all modern, everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The windows opening to the patio and the awning provide a very nice outdoor space in the shade. A short ride or 10 minute walk to the Cote Sauvage or the town of La Chaume with bistro's, bars, and views of all the boating/sailing that goes on in this very busy port.

appréciation séjour vacancier
la maison est bien équipée, l'environnement est très calme, bien placée dans la chaume. Nous sommes à 15 minutes du port à pied et en vélo de la grande plage.la cour pratique pour garer la voiture est un réel plus mais toutes les maisons n'étaient pas occupées.En revanche certains éléments sont à améliorer, il manquait une lumière dans une des salles de bain, la roue du caddie est cassée, les joints dans les salles de bain sont dégoutants, le barbecue très vieux et rouillé ne donne pas trop envie. Le pied du parasol complètement rouillé a cassé pendant notre séjour et n'a pas été remplacé malgré notre demande. sur une terrasse exposée plein sud en pleine canicule nous n'avons pas pu bénéficier totalement de la terrasse faute de parasol malgré le store banne qui ne protège pas suffisamment . Le wifi est dispo mais mes enfants n'ont pu regarder un dessin animé correctement car le débit était très faible.l'entretien de la maison est moyen. Quand nous sommes arrivés, l'eau du frigo avait coulé dans la pièce principale. Le contact donné par la gérante n'est pas très aimable et pas très disponible nous avons l'impression de le déranger. Personne n'est présent pour l'accueil nous devons nous débrouiller tout seul.

Nette Unterkunft mit Parkplatz
Bedenkenlos zu empfehlen, wenn nicht bei allen Details Perfektion erwartet wird. Genug Platz, gut mit dem Auto zu erreichen, rührig und gute Lage. Zum nächsten Mini-Transat Start gerne wieder…

Emplacement idéal pour tout faire à pied. Aller sur le quai de la Chaume ou aller à la Paracou ! Juste dommage que la terrasse soit collée à celle des voisins. Sinon maison très fonctionnelle avec beaucoup d'équipements.

Emplacement idéal
Nous avons séjourné une semaine dans cette location et les trois points qui nous ont permis de passer un bon séjour on été les suivants. Un stationnement privatif car il n’est pas évident de se garer dans le quartier, une localisation à proximité du centre, nous avons pu faire presque tout nos déplacements à pied, des équipements pour bébé à disposition, qui on même été doublé pour nous qui avons voyagé avec deux bébé de moins d’un an.
