"The location is ideal - literally attached to the cathedral, walking distance from everything. Large apartment with a balcony. Highly recommend for anyone who wants to experience living in the centre of Angers. Couldn't have asked for much more."

"Dieses Domizil in Loire-Authion ist ein kleines Juwel. Ideal gelegen für Exkursionen zu den vielen Schlössern im Umkreis. Ruhig und etwas abgelegen von den Touristikrouten, aber ca. 500 m von dem Ufer der Loire. Auch ein guter Startpunkt für Wanderungen entlang der Loire. Das kleine Häuschen ist dank vieler kluger Einbauten sehr bequem und geräumig. Ideal zum entspannen nach den Exkursionen. Die Kommunikation mit den netten Vermietern war sehr gut und angenehm. Wir haben uns hier sehr wohl...

"We stayed for two weeks and loved it here! We took two young children and our dogs and couldn’t have asked for a better home. The house is beautiful with everything you could need and the garden is great with plenty of space for games and dining. Great location with shops 2mins walking distance and 10min drive to angers. The host is lovely and cannot do enough for you. Highly recommend!"

"Que dire …… beau gîte extérieur bien situé au calme …..Mais très sale à l arrivée poussière ,toile d araignée jusque dans les canapés ….frigo , congélateur , vaisselle ( sauce tomate dans les assiettes ..) Nous avons fait 1 heure de nettoyage lors de notre arrivée!!!! Literie plus q usée …. Vitre cassée ( dangereuse ) Et de plus le bain nordique n est pas en activité malgres notre demande (fallait soit disant changer l eau …..mais pas été fait pendant la semaine . "Nous avons passé un très bon week-end pour l’anniversaire de mon conjoint , entourés de notre famille proches et amis proches . Les deux gîtes sont grands et permettent d’avoir l’espace suffisant. Lits faits à l’arrivée est un véritable atout et gain de temps ! Il y a la vaisselle suffisante. Dany est très réceptif, bonne communication. Si vous le souhaitez, vous pouvez faire appel au petit traiteur avec lequel il travaille . Vous ne serez pas déçu ! Pas mal de choix et prix corrects , avec...

"Le gîte était parfait et totalement conforme à nos attentes, suffisamment grand pour accueillir 13 adultes sans se sentir à l'étroit. Valérie nous a très bien accueilli et nous l'en remercions.Le gîte est très familial, ce qui est top quand il y a des enfants. Je recommande ce logement."

Une maison totalement rénovée, des équipements généreux et d'une très grande qualité (télévisions, vaisselle, électroménager, meubles, literie, climatisation à l'étage,....), un jardinet avec salon, dans un environnement ultra calme et à proximité de la rivière Sarthe. Paysages bucoliques, et tout ça, à 10 minutes d'Angers. Repos, nature, culture, habitants ultra sympas, contacts faciles... un séjour revigorant avec une propriétaire super sympa et...

"We thoroughly enjoyed staying here. Marie was very welcoming and helpful. The property has everything that a family would need. It is a beautiful old farm house, very clean with loads of space and a separate games room which was great entertainment. The pool area was also wonderful. It is in a remote area in the countryside with small towns/village near by so you would need a car but that is what we were looking for. I would very much recommend this property."

"Nous avons eu la chance d'avoir une météo excellente sur ce WE de l'ascension. Le terrain était pratiquement sec, il était possible de profiter des extérieurs, les enfants ont pu se baigner, aller à la pêche, jouer au baby foot... Un bémol sur la septième chambre difficile d'accès, sur le trampoline sans filet. Gite très agréable à vivre, propriétaires accueillants."

"A lovely Hôtel, beautiful decor with very comfy beds. We stayed 2 nights to celebrate a big birthday and we couldn’t have chosen a nicer place. It’s very central, walking distance to everything. There is parking just around the corner but we chose to park in the underground parking because this is what we saw first, and was just a five minute walk. Parking costs were really responsible too, 4pm to 10am the next morning cost us just over €10, bargain. The owners of the hotel are lovely, they couldn’t do enough for you and Nathan who was front of house when we arrived was also super friendly and helpful. Thank you for a lovely time, we will definitely be back, and to anyone reading this review, stay here, you won’t be disappointed ❤️ "
