"Three of us stayed here for a fortnight. Wonderful host. The property was fairly new, clean and comfortable. Could do with some more hooks to hang things on. It’s rural setting is lovely and we really enjoyed our drinks and cheese outside on the deck in the evenings watching the sunset. We were met by the owner, who speaks no English, but we managed to get by with the tour of the property. "Ontvangst door een zeer vriendelijke mevrouw. Helaas heel veel vliegen en muggen aanwezig in gebouw. Eenmaal dat probleem aangepakt konden we genieten van een woning op een rustige locatie met een prachtig uitzicht. Het moet wel gezegd zijn dat de badkamers wat gedateerd zijn en de wieltjes van de vaatwaskarretjes doorgeroest zijn. Geen wifi aanwezig. Maar wel een zeer goed GSM bereik. Het zwembad was proper onderhouden. Wij hebben er alvast een prachtige vakantie doorgemaakt."

"Property in lovely quiet location with easy access to local town for shopping. 5 of us came to ride motorcycles round the region, excellent location to do this. The size and layout of the gite meant we all had great rooms with our own facilities. Shame the weather wasn't on our side to use the lovely pool. Great birdwatching on the patio in the mornings having our breakfast. Sophie was a pleasure to deal with. As she lives next door it was good to know she was there if needed but not instrusive...

"We enjoyed our stay here -- it's a nice house with a great view, and we appreciated being able to use it as a base for exploring this part of the country. We had no concerns at all -- everything about the property was exactly as described. The remoteness is part of the appeal -- though it does mean that it's not easy to pop out to a shop for something you might have missed/forgotten. With good planning, it's a really appealing place."
