"This is by far the best equipped VRBO property we stayed in. They thought of everything and we felt home away from home. Our first day there, it was the first rain since June and it was a downpour. The place made us feel very cozy. The second day the sun came out and the property looked even more charming, with the view of the bay and a tree whose foliage is turning red. All in all, highly recommend this place. "

"This was a good stay while stopping over in St. John. The view from the window was amazing. The hotel itself could use an overhaul but it was clean which is of utmost importance. The bed was comfortable and we had everything we needed. Breakfast was typical continental style which was plentiful to get us going on the road."

"This is our second stay at Breakwater for our annual high school friends reunion. The place is perfect with the most breathtaking views and sunrises over the water. It’s extremely clean, well equipped (we lacked nothing) and ample room for everyone. We travel extensively and this is the first time we’ve decided to go back to the same place…that says it all! Communication, including suggestions from the host, was smooth and appreciated. We hope to be back!"

"We had the most fantastic time at the Baybreeze Restaurant and Motel Pocologan, New Brunswick, Canada. The Staff and the Owner's John and Maria make you feel so much at Home. We spent 3 nights with our Pocket Beagle and even she loved the staff and it is very Pet Friendly. I would recommend this motel to anyone. You cant beat the view and the food is the best. We will be going back again and stay maybe more than 3 nights."
